Received book unsoliced. Returned unopened. Received bill. Called customer service. Said it would be taken care of

Received a book that was not ordered from Bottom Line Books. Returned the package unopened. Received bill. Called customer service today 1/14/10. Talked to Rose. She said problem would be taken care of.
I am writing this for documentation in case I get another bill.
