Billed me for a book I did not order. Package was refused and returned unopened

The company billed me for $47.94 for a book I never ordered or think of ordering. No phone # or email or any way of contacting the company was suppllied. At this point I am writing to them to convey the above. Any progress will be sent to Rip Off repports.
