I bought a Massage Envy Holiday gift-card to get a friend. Right after (within 3 times) I requested to get a reimbursement, and was informed as of this period they had a "no refund plan on giftcards". At virtually no time just before it was I advised of the plan. It wasnot published in the center where I purchased the gift-card also it wasnot actually mentioned on my receit. I believe it is bad company integrity to truly have a plan like this until the client is actually educated at that time of purchase. The organization does not appear to reply emails, both. Beware Massage Envy!
