I went to Massage Envy for a massage because I was stressed - never suspecting that I would be subjected to a high pressure sales pitch to sign a contract and leave totally scammed and ten times more stressed than when I went in. I was vulnerable and terribly uninformed about Massage Envy's practice of selling contracts. I feel really foolish and taken advantage of.
Someone absolutely must do something about Massage Envy's practices. This must be an unethical practice.
If someone out there is interested, I would be more than happy to take part in a class action lawsuit against Massage Envy.
