Lately I'd to stop an appointment with Massage Envy - because of an urgent individual issue, which inturn arose 2 hours before my visit.
I told the Salon supervisor the key reason why I'd to stop, just subsequently to become educated that there's a-50% cancellation charge. I inquired if deleting my visit might you shouldn't be billed this charge - but was informed it's "plan".
