I am not a complainer and have never filed or considered filing a report of this nature until today. The final straw was a nasty email from the CEO of Inches and Pounds Scott Gostyla (signs his name Scott or SG). I will post the full email at the end. I would not ever purchase anything from this company or man ever again. I suggest that if you consider a weight loss product such as HCG that you do not use Inches and Pounds.
I utilized HCG after reading Kevin Trudeau's book The Weight Loss Cure 2 years ago. I lost 70 pounds but plateaued and gained about 20 back. So I went back to the company I used GHI MedCorp. I emailed them to be told that they were sold to Inches and Pounds. I sent my number and they called me. I spoke with them and found out the price was about $200. I said ok, I want to reorder it but I can not do it until Friday for financial reasons. They said they would call me back. I never heard back until I received an email that said, we understand you want to use our product but money was an issue. We are willing to discount the program to $140. I responded lets do it. They never called, I got busy and it slipped by.
I then sent an email back about 2 months later asking if they were interested in my business. The CEO Scott Gostyla forwarded my note to Ashley. I gave my phone numbers and she contacted me. During that conversation she told me the price was $200 I said to her well they emailed me and said that they lowered the price. Ashley said well right now we have a special if you spend $250 you get $100 of our supplements free and the HCG is another $270 when you complete the bloodwork. I said so I can not get the offered reduced price? She said this is the lowest we have. So I paid the $250 and Ashley told me they would send off the supplements. That was December 16.
I then told my son that a package would be coming to his house for me because I was traveling. My son said hey I want to do a cycle of it as well. So I gave him the info. He emailed for the product but he did not order on the phone because he needed to wait a few days for financial reasons. He then got an email, the same sort of one I got previously offering it for a reduced price. So I asked him to forward it to me.
I then sent a note to the rep I was working with Ashley and said, hey I asked for the lowest price that they offered me via email the last time when I tried to purchase the product. I feel this is bad, especially when I am referring my son and another friend. I did not hear anything back. I waited for a day and emailed her again and said hey you have not contacted me and I still have not received my supplements.
I got an email back saying that she did tell me that management said we are sorry but you have already purchased the product. I said please have them contact me and I am upset because I have not received any communication from you. Long story short, they never called as they said they did, I can put my Vonage phone log up on the site to show you I have received no contact. I will cut and paste pertinent email correspondence to this now, especially the final straw from the CEO, Scott Gostyla, that cowardly signed his name SG. I find it difficult to comprehend how they are still in business, patronizing and belittling me as an angry unhappy individual.

Attached is a patient packet document that must be completed in its entirety. Please be sure to fill out and fax back all 14 pages of the document. Be sure to complete the physical exam portion that must be done by a licensed MD, DO, ARNP, PA, or RN. The exam is as simple as vital signs, height and weight.
The second attachment is a Lab request release form that must be signed and fax back ASAP, once received we will issue you our lab rec.
The third attachment is our new HCG Quick Guide V2 that you should find very helpful.
A Reminder, before you get blood work done you should fast to prevent a misread on glucose.
How it works, what charges will appear on my statement, who will be charging your account.
The total amount of the program will be billed to your card in 2 different payments;
The first payment will be from TWE Inches and Pounds and is the charge for the program fee and for any products or supplements that were ordered.
When you return all of the required documents and the lab sends your test results the doctor will review everything and prescribe the procedure.

I am a bit perturbed. I asked you what the lowest price was because they hit me back a while ago and lowered the price. I could not remember what they said but it was inclusive. I see today they lowered it to $250 includes blood and hcg. What is the story? I am a repeat customer! Why am I paying $520.

Ok you get the point I go back and forth and get forwarded from Ashley an email from Anastasia Koski apparently a manager. This is it:

Please forward this message to Dan. I did try to contact him via telephone and continued to receive no answer. I apologize he was upset in regards to the holiday specials we have promoted but that is part of normal American business practice. Things go on sale and then go off sale. We provided him with expedient service and he has already received his HCG which is why he had signed up in the beginning. We work hard to provide each patient with the utmost respect and care. We cannot refund people just because they don't like the fact that they missed the promotion. That would be a poor business practice. If we had not followed through with our services I would understand but that was not the case. Once again I did try to contact Mr. C a number of times and am sorry we were unable to reach each other. I hope he finds the weight management program beneficial.

So what is the point here? I got the supplements today they were overnighted after I sent a message to Anastasia Koski and said you are wrong you have not read nor addressed my concerns. I still did not get the HCG nor my supplements as she says "We provided him with expedient service and he has already received his HCG which is why he had signed up in the beginning." I did not buy after the sale I bought before and specifically asked about a sale like the last time and was told no. I want an answer as to why. Why did I not get a reply from Anastasia when I said hey you are incorrect I have not received my HCG or my Supplements? No she then emails the company "Pac N Send" and has them over night them after I asked for her to cancel them and refund me for the supplements? So I ask complaint, am I wrong? Did they handle this correctly? When I received the supplements today they came in a Fedex box with no instructions. There was a zip-lock bag with a black pepper looking substance about a pound sized bag. The shipper put the email from Anastasia Koski in the Fedex box with the time stamp on it of 12:45 yesterday after I sent an email saying I have not gotten my supplements yet and I have not received my HCG please cancel the supplements and refund me for them. She knew I wanted to stop the order of supplements but simply emailed the shipping company Pac N Send, Joe Chavez and told him to overnight them to me.
So I emailed all three of these people because I am upset about this. I then get this email from the CEO:

I have to say that your string of ridiculous emails have convinced me that you must be one of the most unprofessional and unhappy human beings that has ever learned how to use this communication method. When you purchased your product you purchased it for the price it was selling for at that time, then there was a special - AFTER YOU PURCHASED IT that means you dont get the special price. Just like when I bought my last Ferrari, there was not a special price then so I paid full price.
The reason I have never responded to you is because I do not waste my time dealing with other people that are unhappy and send angry meaningless emails that contain gibberish, multiple periods, smiley faces, broken sentences, poor grammar, and childish comments such as hit me back. Are you a child Mr. C, or are you gust so unhappy that you feel the need use your keyboard to rattle of nasty emails to the rest of the world because of your unhappiness?
If you have a problem please have an attorney handle it and he can feel free to contact me directly. Do not contact anyone in this company via email again, if you do I will have my attorney act without contacting you and without further notice.
I would highly suggest that you completely refrain from anymore direct contact with anyone in this company and GOVERN YOURSELF ACCORDINGLY, which means think of the potential consequences before you click that send button.

Well Scotty boy lets see what other people think of you and your company. If necessary I will post all of the emails including the one I sent you tonight that triggered your response, and my Vonage phone log. You apparently did not give a crap about me and my business. You go to the same BS as Anastasia with having this idea that I did not address this before I purchased the product. I did address it with your rep. I had a feeling it was your practice to send a follow-up offer after the initial contact if the client did not buy immediately. I asked your rep she said no! I believed her and spent $533 (not $520 I was quoted)! Good luck! PS you have never driven in a Ferrari let alone own one, if you had money you would never have allowed a repeat customer that was referring others to you (ask GHI I referred a friend Paul go check the records he purchased with me) to be handled in this manner. Your business practices suck. A simple call or email with an apology and maybe a credit for supplements would have been a better solution for you! Apparently you received the ridiculous and childish gibberish communication! Sorry but you did not respond because you did not want to waste your time you ignored me because you are a broke joke and could not afford to lose the business! So now Mr. Gostyla, GOVERN YOURSELF ACCORDINGLY (maybe you should have taken your own advice and thought of the potential consequences before you click that send button.
