On 2/17/09 I ordered some supplements from Omega E-Supplements. The order number was AB-3746. The amount of the order including shipping was $109.36.
I have not received the shipment, nor have I heard from the company. I have tried to contact the company, but just get a phone answering service, and I never receive a call back after leaving my phone number. Email has gone unanswered.
I came upon Omega E-Supplements through Next Tag comparision shopping for a supplemnt that I was doing a Google search for. At the time of my order Omeage E-Supplements had a Next Tag 5 Star Seller rating. Today, 31 March the Next Tag 5 Star Seller rating is not posted on Omega E-Supplements site. They now have a Verified Authorize.net Merchant seal on their site.
I used Pay Pal to pay for my purchase from the Omrga E-Supplement site. The money for the transaction went to Healthy Choices & More, Inc. From this I conclude that Omega E-Supplements is an affiliate of Healthy Choices & More, Inc.
Yesterday, when I did a Google search for the supplement that I ordered from Omega E-Supplements. The Next Tag shopping comparision tab was on the side bar of the search results page. I clicked it and Omega E-Supplements name popped right at the top of the page. When I clicked Omeg E-Supps tab, there was a message stating that "This Product is not available". This is the same procedure that I did when I placed my order with Omega E-Supplements, except on 17 Feb there wasn't any message stating this product is not availabe.
Omega E-Supplements and Healthy Choices & More, Inc. Have not made any effot to refund my money. Yesterday I filed a claim with Pay Pal against Healthy Choices & More, Inc., because they are the ones who received the funds from Pay Pal for the order.
