I ordered this weight-loss program from a TV ad by calling the number given in the ad. When the rep asked if I wanted their diet supplements, I said "NO". He explained the first shipment was included w/my initial order for only $1.00 and then automatically sent every month after that for an additional charge that would be automatically charged to my credit card. I specifically told him I did not want that automatic shipping and billing and was not interested in the supplements. He responded that was OK and "no problem"... He would just send the supplements for $1.00 with my intial order and that would be the end of the supplements being sent. Well, he lied. Two months later, I received another order of supplements and a charge for them on my credit card. I didn't open them so I could send them back w/o paying postage but when I called to get a Return Authorization Number, the girl I spoke with told me I would still have to pay return postage and also the $4.95 postage for them sending it... Even though I did not order it! I told her that was not right and she said that was just the way it was. She said if I kept the order and didn't return the supplements, she would adjust my charge for half-price! Told her I did not want them at all, even at a reduced cost! Would not let me speak to a supervisor. I told her I was going to report this and she told me to have a good day and hung up. I am so tired of companies and their sales people lying so they can squeeze money out of their customers. So tired of playing their games and wasting my valuable time and money.
