I signed up for a trial product of a product called *Green Tea Purity* — it is a weight loss/energy aid. I paid $5.95 for shipping and handling. This showed up on my credit card as*JRV-SUPPLEMENTS, phone number: (574) 207-4398* — A Few days later, I saw a charge on my debit card for $74.82 under the name *PERFECTHEALTHSUP* and phone # (303) 325-3521 — after some research I found that these companies are the same — those two phone numbers lead to the same answering service. On 09/28/09 - I called and asked for a refund that day. They said they could not find my order even though I provided them with my name, address, email address, phone #, and credit card number that THEY billed. They said to wait for an email with an order number. That day, I did receive an email with the following:

Just for my own record, I searched my email from the last few weeks and was unable to find this email in its original form. Because they never sent it when I first placed the order.

On 09/28/09 (still the same day) - I then called and gave them an order number and they were able to find my account. I asked what the charge was about and they said that they charged my credit card because I signed up for a TRIAL period and I had not called in the allotted time window to cancel. They said the trial period is 15 days and after 15 days they start charging for the full product line. I explained to them that I placed the order on the 09/22/09 and they charged my card on 09/27/09 — only 5 days later.

I also explained that I had not even received the product. They said that the reason I have not received it is because they ship from CHINA and it can take two weeks. I also asked them how it is possible to try a product and evaluate it within 15 days if it takes about 14 days to even get delivered from China?

They did not have an answer, just the standard scripted *I apologize. But...*

After insisting and arguing with them and their manager, they said they would be able to issue a full refund in 5-7 business days. I called on October 6th to follow up — they said that the refund was being processed and has been *Escalated* to the refund department. When I ask to be transfered to the refund department, they tell me that they are unable to do that. They asked me to wait 24-48 hours for an email updating me on the status of my refund. It does sound as if they are taking notes on the account — since they are able to tell me when the last time I called and what my concern was. After 48 hours, I called again and said that I have not received the email or my refund. They said to wait another day to get the email. I waited another day and still have not received an email or refund.

Today is October 09 and I still have not received the product.

It sounds as if the company operates under several different business names. A lot of people who play games on Facebook are able to get *extra* points by signing up for trial versions of things and get scammed into this. Getting your money back is nearly impossible.
