Ripoff took money out of credit card and didn't send me any card to use for this plan or no papers to sign but they said they would dishonest ripoffs scam dirt bags

I didnt no they was a ripoff tell i got on the computer and found that they were. There it said pemeriem was a rip off and i dont want it any more. They said they would send me papers and a card to use but they didnt do that either but they are taking it out of my charge card and that is a rip off
