MWI Premier health plus charged $199.95 to my charge card without my authorization. I called company and they clamied we must have authorized it by phone or "info commercial". This is a lie and I told them I would be pressing criminal charges if they cannot produce proof that I authorized this charge. The supervisor I spoke to said they would have the audio tape within 7-10 working days.
This will be interesting since I know we didn't authorize anything...
Need suggestions as to how to fight this!
This nothing but stealing money from someone!
