Approximately June, I entered into a contract with National Fitness Center, Smyrna, TN. The contract was to pay $24.95 each month by automatic withdrawal.
For a year and one-half, National Fitness Center honored their end of the contract until December. On that date an automatic withdrawal in the amount of $54.95 was taken out of my account. A $30 difference.
In an effort to contact National Fitness, I found their number had been disconnected and subsequently came across this website.
This is an attempt to rectify the discrepancy in December and to thwart anymore wrong amounts being taken out of my account.
This Company gave no notice as to going out of business or a change in withdrawal. I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau and the "powers that be" within my bank. If necessary, the authorities within the Metro Police department may become necessary.
