I ordered the Navixar product. I never received the product, but my credit card was charged. I called customer service and I sent an email with no response back. I then made a copy of my credit card statement and a copy of the four promises made the company signed by Allen Gregory-Mitchell.in the promises, they guaranteed a full refund if not satisfied. I have never heard back from Navixar. I have made several attempts to call and had to leave a voice mail with no response
