Nav-102 they cashed my check 3/17/10 and never sent the product. I called several times and never recd answer

I purchased a weight loss product from natural weight loss solution, They cashed my check of 69.95 on 3/17/10 and never sent the product. So I don't know if it even works. I have called 20 times and never recd an answer. So I decided I need to take some action so They can not do this to other people.
