Vitacaps makes the claim that you can try it for free and pay the $4.95 for shipping and as long as you request to cancel the account with in 14 days of purchase you will not be charged anything further. I called them 4 days after the order and they claimed to not have me as a customer and that I should not be receiving any further charges to my credit card. On the 11th day after I placed the order another charge to my account in the amount of $59.99 was posted. I then called the company back and the same person answered the phone. I then became suspicious that this was some kind of rip off company. I then advised the person that I had called previously and that a charge was placed on my account after I had requested it to be stopped. He once again advised that I was not on their system as having an account with them and for me to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. I thought that was also strange. I then told him that I wanted to speak to his supervisor. He put me on hold and came back stating that the supervisor was in a meeting and he would call me back in 24 to 48 hrs. I told him make sure he calls me back today. I then called the number back to see if I would get the same person and if I could speak to someone in the refunds department. Well the same person answered the phone and verified that I did speak with him. He put me on hold and came back stating that the refunds department would not speak with me because I was not in their system. I then advised the man that I would be reporting this business if it really is one to everyone. This is obviously some kind of rip off business that gets you to give them your credit card information and has no intentions of refunding anything.
