I paid shipping charges to try acai burn for 2 weeks. I was sent a months worth of the product. I called customer service, and I was told to take out 2 weeks worth, and send the rest back. I was charged in my bank account $86.90 anyway. I sent half of the product back like I was told. I was also told if it got to the warehouse before 12/16/09 I wouldn't be charged. Obviously I was charged, and I have proof from the USPS that it was delivered on 12/05/09 at 4:05pm. I'm waiting to get my refund like customer service said I would. The package was received, and signed for by D. Ritchie. I still have not received refund. I shipped package on 11/25/09. Package received 12/05/09. Today is 12/17/09. I feel I am being jerked around after doing what I was instructed to do. No one should have to deal with such inappropriate business conduct. All I can say is "free trial is not free at all", this businees conduct put me in the hole $100.00 in overdrafts, and its Christmas, therefore my mental anguish for the last 2 weeks has, and is stressful to the point that I'm really having a ba humbug X-mas. Still hoping, and praying my refund will show up in my bank. Tomorrow will be the 10th business day. I truly shouldn't have had to wait this long. If I don't get my refund by no later than Mon. I;m gonna file a small claims civil suit.
