Medicolonclense.com advertises that their product is to be used together. I ordered the "free trial" but have been charged for both the Acai Berry and the Colon Clense products (88 dollars each) and I haven't even received the Acai yet. Thinking that I could wait for both products to arrive so that I could use them as advertised, I did not use the colon clense. Today I got a charge on my account for both products. How do they charge a customer for a free trial that has not even been delivered yet? When I called customer service, they said that there were no refunds and no returns - then what is the free trial? I'm very confused. This is no free trial and they are not in compliance with their advertising. Also, i was told that the only way I could get my money back for the Acai is if I returned it as soon as I received it. Again, that doesn't sound like a free trial to me. And if the true effect of the product isn't seen until after 30 days of use, how is it that they only give you a two week (14 day) trial? This company is a rip off that sells an ineffective product.
