Dazzle smile - world class fitness false charges on my credit card

I signed up for a free trial of teeth whitening, they also charged my credit card with a fitness membership. They said i agreed to the terms and they sent me a confirmation email which i never received. I called to have them reverse the fee and the lady was very rude. She was not helpful at all and spoke to me like i was incompetent. I called back my credit card company and am disputing the charge and filing complaints with the better business bureau.
