Com Placed an order online and charged my card. On call back, No e-mail back No contect

The first time I got Ripoff! Placed an order, They charged my card, And No shippment was made. I call and No answer, No e-mail back and I still e-mail them every day about 7 e-mail a day. I hope and pray these poeple will get STOP!
