Unauthorized use of Medical Records

My medical records were allowed to be inapproatley accessed, and distributed, by an unauthorized employee. This action by the unauthorized employee caused considerable harm to reputation, employment and family. How Sutter Health allows an employee that has inapproatley accessed other patient medical records in the past to continue to work at their hospital is beyond me.
