Daniela at the pandaga told me that she could refund my money if I needed to return the product. I tried to return it and she went back on her word, refusing to give me my money back

I was going by and the lady named Daniela gave me what sounded like a good deal. I felt bad for spending the money, and I have a witness that can even say that she told me that I could take back the product and get a refund for it. Well as it turned out she was lying to me and gave me a bunch of reasons why she could not. Later on that night I looked up the products online and their origianal price of $160 was actually more than half of what was on the listing. I would like this place investigated. It is in the Kitsap Mall 10315 Silverdale Way Northwest
