Not ready to refund my money

Hello,

I visited melno park mall and purchased Chef Hugo XX fragrance at 51$ and that I was searching around within the mall and discovered exactly the same Item at 43$. And so I considered to return the merchandise in the former shop. After I visited return the produst the dog owner refused to take the merchandise back. And offered me the next factors

1 he explained he is able to provide me shop credit

2 Based On his shop plan they don't reimbursement.

Please advice and support.
