As many others, I was lured into purchasing SEACRET products. Over a period of 6 months, I bought 9 VERY costly products only to discover that I was ill-informed about the use of most of the products. As a result of the incompetent sales staff and their lack of SEACRET product knowledge, I wasted a lot of money. My complaint is not with the SEACRET products, they are very good, my issue is with the sales staff's appalling/lack of product knowledge. I wrote to the support team at SEACRET (as per the promise on their website) to alert them to the problem, my email was read but never replied to, hence my appeal to Hello Peter to seek a response from SEACRET.
