I dunno what happened there before but looks like this company changed their owner or smth. I already placed 3 orders with A1 and everything was fine as of yet. Customer service is very responsive, contact-email works fine and if anything happens to your order you receive an email or a phone call. I had 1 backorder with them once and I was contacted the same day. They wanted to know on how to proceed with my order. We applied some changes and it went out the same day. So, as far as I see something changed in that company for good. I like the changes. Hope they will continue improving.
