Internet camera companies based in New York. I wanted to find a high quality camera at a good price of course. Too good to be true. WARNING! Do not order from these type of companies. My experience, and as I read thier companies reviews after my experience, there were several other people who dealt with a very similar episodeS. To continue, I ordered the camera (Nikon D-70) at about 500.00. I soon receive an email to confirm. Then I get a phone call to confirm the order and make sure I do not want to buy any of the accessories including a warranty, which I thought is supposed to be included with the camera. No I do not want the additional items... Either I have already or are way too expensive for me.
Within 24 hours I get another email stating my camera is on backorder, and will be on backorder for 2-8 weeks. With the AMPhoto company, I just went ahead and canceled my order, the USAPhotonation place, I thought fine I would wait it out, but as soon as I go to check on the order a couple of weeks later, they somehow have lost all my information to even login on their website when I have emails from them, confirming the order 2 weeks prior! Since then I've been reading company reviews and I think they put in alot of thier own fake ones. I don't see the ones that tell the truth till the end, and they have all alot of the same thing to say, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Companies like this should be put out of business! No ethics, no morality. How do people like this live with themselves? How do companies like this expect to stay in business? I just don't get it
