Had my account set to MANUAL renew. Godaddy's fine print said they could change the terms of my service at will. They changed it to auto renew when I ignore their emails that the domain was going to expire. One day I get the email "warning services will expire without MANUAL renewal" very next day I get the email "thank you for your renewal". They charged my credit card on file and said I had to fill out a FORM to cancel and provide a COLOR COPY of my drivers license to cancel. Why do I HAVE TO do all this to prove I want to cancel and get a credit for an UNAUTHORIZED RENEWAL!
