Recently purchased new membership at the Colerain Ohio gym. When I signed up I had taken a tour and thought that they had classes, etc. However, after signing the initial agreement, I found out that they are not offering classes at this location and that others are not having to pay extra for the services that I am paying extra for. I found out that the programs offered are in the existing contract for $14.95!
I would suggest that you look elsewhere because after signing the contract, I wanted to attend a class and they are now requiring that I bring someone to the class as opposed to being included in my membership!
Unprofessional, John and his associates, I would definitely look to another Fitness Center. With these types of tactics, it won't be open much longer...
