Don't order the sample $1.95 special for this supposed teeth whitening product "DazzleSmile". I have been billed for two months worth of product—which I never received. The only item I rec'd was a sample that I purchased on line. Luckily, Capital One called me as soon as the two $87 charges came to them and declined it. I have contacted the EZ-Health company twice and they gave me the cancellation order and return number and said that they would email me where to send the unused product. They never emailed me and I have the tube of "gunk" on my desk waiting for the next charge to show up on my credit card and again go through the 15 minute wait at customer service. They also bill it under other names (ie Prizteen).
