I ordered the free trial offer online. I was very careful to read the fine print. However, another tube of the "stuff" arrived today. I called Customer Service and they said it wasn't a "FREE" trial offer; but just a "TRIAL OFFER" and I had agreed to try the product for 2 weeks and then send it back to them if I was dissatisfied. Now they want to charge me for the Trial Offer and the Shipment that arrived today... Over $80.00.
What can we do to stop this company from doing this?
