Dermapril - Cleanwhites - Pure Cleanse
Unauthorized enrollment based in hidden terms and conditions

I saw an add on the drudge report about how to get whiter teeth for relatively cheap. The link took me to what appeared to be a consumer report about how you could combine trial offers to attain whiter teeth http://www.ws6alert.com/index1015B.php? Ntrk=1123000127. However, in retrospect, I realize that this was in fact a fictitious account created by Cleanwhites and Dazzle Smile to refer their products under the false pretense that a consumer had been able to use these products for cheaper than the true costs.
I went to the Cleanwhites website and did as the fictitious article said and filled out my information and signed up for the free trial at 99 cents. A couple of days later I received a phone call from an unknown number (626) 273-8210 and googled it and found out that it was going to be someone calling to try to enroll me in something. When they called back the voice was hardly audible, but I could barely make out that they wanted to confirm an extra trial offer with the Cleanwhites offer. If I had not been prepared for this call I may have agreed by accident just because I couldn't really hear what they were saying, but I told them that I did not want any additional offers and I told them to put me on the do not call list. They stopped calling and I thought I avoided a scam.
However, I received the Cleanwhites package in the mail still and when I opened it there was an order receipt that stated I had enrolled in the "Delivery Rewards Program." I called to cancel and said I didn't want anything other than the free sample I signed up for and never saw these terms and conditions. The "Cleanwhites advisor" claimed otherwise and said that since the link for the Terms and Conditions was on the home page. Also they said that the terms are on the left hand side of the page when you enter your information.
When I went to the website, I did not see the Terms and Conditions link since it is hidden at the bottom of the website and when I got to the page to put in my information, a timer goes off for how much time you have to complete the order.in retrospect, I realize that this was I meaningless timer that was simply a ploy to get you to rush to get your information filled while not having time to fully explore the page because when you scroll down below the order information there is a "Satisfaction Guarantee" with gray writing and a gray background with a description of how you have to return the product and cancel the service to not receive additional charges. Returning the product will cost another six dollars making this "Free Trial" seven times more expensive than it was already supposed to cost.
This is a clear case of fraud. The entire process is designed to intentionally mislead the consumer through false reports that do not reveal the total costs, and hidden terms and conditions that are not in sight during the order process (not to mention whatever they were trying to add on with the subsequent phone calls).
I am not paying to return this product and I am disputing any charges they make on my credit card for fraud. If you have had this problem, I recommend that you do same since you are not obligated to pay these scam artists anything and the only way to end this is by reporting them and putting them out of business.
