I had seen on a news paper article that Cleanwhites was a good product so I decided to try it. It ended up being one of the worst things I have ever done. As soon as I had signed up for the free 14day trail I had received a charge of $49.95 on my card. I immediately took action and decided to cancel all my orders / subscriptions to Cleanwhites. The lady I spoke to clarified that I would no longer get charged and she would completely cancel my account with them. A couple weeks later I saw another charge of $79.95 on my card from Cleanwhites. When I called the customer service they said they could not do anything for me because it was past the 14day trial. My problem is that when someone states to cancel their order the customer service reps should go ahead and cancel the whole order and not just part of it. I am currently waiting for a supervisor to answer my call and refund my money for this injustice. CleanWhites
