Deceptive Marketing

To the post prior to mine - Bull_! If your number one concern was customer satisfaction your website would be more upfront about the monthly billing terms instead of being deceptive with the phoney Cathy ads and burying the information about billing in a small link at the bottom of the page. Advertizing as a "trial offer" is also deceptive as it in no way infers additional billing. The worst part is the deception from customer service - if you call and simply say you want to cancel - they'll cancel and be polite about it but if you don't ask additional questions you will not be informed that in order to stop the first billings (both CleanWhites & DazzleSmile) you must return the product prior to the end of the trial peroid plus you must provide them with a tracking number that confirms delivery confirmation, and it must arrive prior to the end of the trial period! I had to cancel my payment methods on PayPal, Cancel and close my bank account and debit card because I'm unemployed and their $59 & $79 billings would wipe me out. There is no way after reading all the negative posts on the net that I would make a second mistake and take them at their word. Companies who operate in this manner do so because they cannot stand on the quality of their product alone. Anyone see a post about how great these products work? Didn't think so. Also I was charged a. 01 cent and. 02 cent charge that the PayPal people advised me was a "Foreign Transaction Fee". These companies are using deceptive business practices and I hope they get hit with a giant class action law suit.
