Purchased a set of rimless spectacles from their website. Just used them a couple of times per week for 9 weeks and also the supply dropped down. All I needed them to complete was release the screws and place the supply back on. They stated they mightnot get it done which their promise was ony for 7 DAYS!!! They hung-up after I began to protest! I'll NEVER purchase from their website again!!!
