Advertised on KBRT radio We CAN'T (WON'T) cancel your order! Oceanside, California

FREE bottle of Omega 3 if you call this phone number the ad said. So, my mother called to order her free bottle.
After the salesperson got her visa card number and her personal information, she was THEN told she would be put on an automatic shipping plan at $39.95 per bottle. "No, I don't want that, " my mother said. The salesperson said he couldn't cancel the automatic shipping, my mother would have to call another phone number!
"Then just cancel my order for the FREE bottle, " my mother said. The salesperson said he couldn't cancel her order for the FREE bottle of Omega 3, my mother would have to call another phone number!
Purity Products advertises on KBRT. Is KBRT aware of these practices???
THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION states on their website

I intend to file a complaint with the FTC about the practices of Purity Products.
