On 5/3/08, Sunday morning ABC radio program in New York I listened to Jay Levin describe his product E Sunday Morning offering a free bottle of the product Evoxin Formula and claiming that the 1st 1000 callers will not only get a free bottle of Evoxin Formula, they would throw in a free bottle of Omega Berry and in 30 days from my receipt of the products I can cancel if I do not want them to send me another bottle of the Evoxin Formula, they did try to offer me this super saver program for one time only and I specifically said no.
On 5/5/08 they sent out my order (I have the receipt) and on 5/28/08 an unauthorized charge of $194.70 was deducted from my checking account, exactly 23 days from the date they shipped the product to me. I had reviewed my checking account that day and notice a pending charge of $194.70 and I called my bank, Capital One and the representative called Purity Products with me to resolve this unauthorized charge and I spoke with a Sheldon and he put through the credit however it would not process for at least 24 hours.
During that 24 hours 3 checks were bounced due to insufficient funds as a result of this unauthorized charge and Sheldon assured me they would reimburse any insufficient charges caused by this. On 5/29/08 I contacted Purity and spoke with Belinda who also assured me I would be reimbursed and I should just send the transactions from my bank account by fax. I did exactly that on 5/29/08.
I follow up today, 6/4/08 and was told I was denied the reimbursement. I tried to get a hold of Jay Levin, the President but there is no way that you can get throught to him. My total insufficient charges from my bank is $90.00 due to their unauthorized and unethical charge. I have all the back up and proof.in addition their web site indicates thier policy under FAQ's for the trial offers for thier products however they do not abide by this and the web site does not allow you to print their policy.
