As a past-distributor, I tried a few different products so that I'd be better able to recommend them to my clients. When I tried to return the ones I was not happy with, I telephoned them, and they said, "too bad". If you have a customer who was not happy and have proof of a sale and refund, then they will help you. They take 10% off as a re-stocking fee, and do not refund shipping, although the customer would expect a refund on shipping. Also, in order to cancel you must contact them in writing which may take a little longer, and they can usually squeeze in one more autopay shipping order that you will be stuck with. Not a horrible company, but you need to know these things. This was a very expensive mistake for me.
