It can take 24-72 hours for Customer Service to have access to new accounts. Your order is already being processed for shipment and I cannot cancel it at this time.
You: Can I return it upon receipt?
Proactiv: Certainly you may return your package. We recommend to take your package to your local post office and get a proof of mailing slip to keep for your records. Please hold on to the proof of mailing until you see your refund. Realize it will take 4-6 weeks to process your refund. You will see a credit less the shipping and handling costs.
You: Lisa - I'm going to post this. So please be clear that an order I just placed last night can't be cancelled and I won't be able to get a refund for over one month.
