I ordered a trial size of colon cleanse for cost of S&H 5.95. Now 3 diff.Co. Names are billing my credit card, I can't find #'s Billing Is Coming From China On my credit card one says IL

I ordered a free sample of colon cleanse from internet of TV. It was supposed to be $5.95 only for S&H. I received my credit card statement this mo. With 2 charges.
First charge was to QualityHealth for 79.95 & 2.39 foreign trans. Fee 2ng charge to MXTSupplement for 85.90 & 2.52 foreign trans. Fee. I called my credit card co. To say I did not order anything add. Seems like both cos. Are affilated. My credit card co. Told me another charge for $85.00 was coming up for next mo. — this time co. Name if Weight Secrets.

These are all affiliates of the same co. They are posting multiple charges since they now have my credit card no. All the phone #'s I've called do not go through. I can't seem to stop this action and fraud. If anyone has any info. To get in touch with these co. S. I would love to know how. I'm getting nowhere.
