Becarefull if your company offer MetLife dental insurance, If you have it you are not safe! You may not be covered if you have fracture your tooth. Or need a implant recomended by there own Doctors. You can get pre approved but this is just a lie. It does not do anything, this company changes minds and they do not pay there own dentist. You get a surprise in the mail, you are the one with the bill. And this is not the worse thing, acording to them a removable partial denture is just the same and like your natural born tooth. They don't care how you will be able to funtion as you did prior to fracturing the tooth.
Even the surgeon wrote them a letter, This is nothing to this scammers I have spend time with them on the phone doing the right thing having the thing review and over again review, IT'S A WASTE OF TIME and the argument is just so wrong for them to deny the pre approve surgery, And for argument they use some other doctor consultans to go against the two doctors that have said and recomend the surgery.
And you have not Idea that your surgery was not going to be covered. You pay for the insurance, You think you have insurance and your doctor the one on there list tells you. You need surgery and they pre approved you for it you should not get suprises in the mail almost 50 days later telling you that they are not going to pay because they had a review and the private doctors think that you should have had a denture instead 50 days later! YES THEY ARE CRAZY 50 days later, and even if it could, there is nothing to hold the thing to.
I have spend maybe $45.000 thousand before they came along to preserve what is still there and avoid dentures before my time. Could have save a lot of money if I did not care. So people be wise and alert everyone that thinks we are covered just because they give us a plastic card with your name on it from this scam company. Talk to others and hope your company does not hire them.
