We were first in the door and last to be called to office for appt (1 hour & 20 minutes later). Told 7 - 10 days for eyeglasses. Went to pick them up after 10 days, backorder!
Backordered for over 2 months so I cancelled order. No phone calls from them within the 2 months. Had to call every week to see if glasses were in. Employees just to busy & rude to us and other customers that day. Do not join their membership. It's like waiting for a cattle call just to get into your appt. Eye specialist (?) spend little time and give little concern about your eyes.
This is not like waiting for a new pair of shoes! It is a necessary item needed right away! Sent an email to their corporate office (and check that I would appreciate a response)
