02 Sports purchased hot on tub e-bay rooster heater never worked phoned &faxed numerus times calls never returned, Los Angles california

Purchased a hot tub from 02 sports inc.in april on e-bay. Controler would not work properley. Phoned & they shipped a new one. Heater would not work and has not worked as yet, lots of faxs and answering machines but no responce & no heater as yet
