This so called website, www.allstatebeauty.com, is a total SCAM! I placed an order on Wednesday, May 27 in the amount of $66.47. I ordered Alterna Shampoo, conditioner, hair spray, and styling gel. My check card was billed on Friday the 29th. I attempted to go online to check on order status, nothing! I called them several times, no answer, just a recording. After investigating, I came up with a number where I could finally talk to someone (1-718-266-0799). I talked to "Scott" asking him where was my order and that I wanted a tracking number. He claimed that he would put a "rush" on my order through the warehouse today and that I would get an email tracking number for my order (I don't look for this to happen). I also told him about my findings on the internet in regards to them charging people's cards and not delivering the goods. He said, "That is simply not true. We want to get your items to you right now". What a lie!!!
I have already contacted my bank who is telling me that I will have to wait until at least Monday, June 8 to file a disput/charge back. I told them that these crooks have my Visa check card number and that I wanted this card cancelled. I am VERY concerned that these low lifes are selling people's credit cards as well. So, if you fall victim to them, PLEASE cancel your credit card number and have a new one issued! I have never fell victim to this sort of dealings and it is very upsetting! I hope and pray that I get this resolved with my bank. I plan to contact my attorney general's office as well. Please listen and do not order from these scum bags!!!
