This office performed a root canal on me. I had two temporary crowns that fell out. Ok, they're temporary not a big deal. I then had my PERMANENT crown put on (which I paid several thousands of dollars for this procedure). The crown fell out 3 weeks later.
When I went in to have it placed back in, the dentist gave me attitude saying I didn't bite down properly for the mold. She then spent half an hour drilling away at the tooth to make it fit. When that didn't work she began drilling the tooth directly above the crown in order to make it fit better. Since this incident I have a gaping whole where my root canal was. Every time I eat I have food stuck there and I'm still in pain from that tooth.
NOW I have extreme pain on the tooth directly above and I'm now in need of another root canal.
I made an appointment to have this done. The night before I cancelled. I decided I wanted someone more capable to work on my teeth. The following day I received a phone call from the office pretty much berating me. They told me that I should feel 'honored' to have had a Friday appointment. (Apparently they only go in by appointment only on Fridays.) When I addressed my concern that the previous work may have caused the current problem she replied with, "Well you can't prove anything."
I replied, "I realize I can't PROVE it, but I know the damage was done because of your practice. That's why I'm transferring to someone who knows what to do."
I have never been spoken to so rudely by a 'professional' in my entire life. Not only do they perform poor work but they are rude and unprofessional.
