I went to Western Dental in April to have a root canal and a crown. Dr. Kiwan cracked the crown and when I saw another dentist because I still had pain in that tooth, I was told that the root canal was done improperly. What was their solution? To refund the money paid by my old insurance company. What good does that do me? When I told them this was not sufficient, that I wanted my tooth fixed by another office (I'll never let those morons touch my mouth again), I have not heard from them. I've filed three grievances with them and today was the 31st day of the third one and I still have no response from them. I emailed their patient relations department to tell them I wanted to start arbitration proceedings and they will not respond to me. Does anyone else have a similar experience with them? Lets get talking and do something about these people.
