I paid $2800 for Cosmetic Laser Centers treatments. I only got about 4 treatments. I paid for unlimited sessions. My tattoo is blotchy and only part of the way removed.
I tried to call this company and no returned calls. I found a working number from this web site but I just get a answering machine.
The business license for Cosmetic Laser Center LLC was under Rich Emandi. The license says "admin. Dissolution" I guess that means the state suspended their license. I found a Rich Emandi in Tarpon Springs online that was arrested for Insurance Fraud back in 2001. He was forging MRI's and over charging insurance companies.
Anna Degraff has started a new business with a new business license called Florida Medi-Laser Spa in Tampa.
To my knowledge there is no doctor looking over this operation. I could never find anyone on site other than Anna on my treatments.
