Rip-OFF at Cohens for Contact Lenses

I went to Cohen's in White Plains for Contacts and Eyeglasses. I ordered contacts, but decided to wait on the eyeglasses. The sales associate told me I would receive $150. Oo off my contacts if I order for the one year supply. He than told me it would be $855. Oo after my insurance. At the time of purchase I explained to the sales associate I did not have $855.00. He told that was ok, I can put a deposit down. I put a deposit down of $100.00 dollars. I received a call the next day stating my contacts was ready. I again told the clerk I could pay for the entire purchase.instead could he return them and I pay for a months supply. Now he is stating he can't return the contacts. The boxes have not been open. There is no reason why they can not be return
