I have been a walgreens pharmacy customer for too many years to count. This walgreeens for the past 6 months or so had very poor service at the drive thru. The employees have TERRIBLE attitudes and act as if they truly don't know how to do their job and have very unprofessional attitudes about doing their job. They will become extremely agitated if you question the amount you are being charged, when you need to make sure they've applied the correct insurance adjustment. Most times they will charge you the full amount, because they have incorrectly added the totals since they did not apply your insurance funds. They need skilled employess performing the tasks of accurate insurance billing, so that customers will not be incorrectly charged. Once you paid walgreens pharmacy your money the only way to get your funds returned is by submitting a claim to your insurance co (Good Luck with that). If you ask walgreen's pharmacy employees any questions you are immediately given ATTITUDE! These individuals act as if you are not paying you hard-earned money, when most times you should be charged nothing or little-to-nothing because the insurance already paid it all to them!!! Watch these people very CAREFULLY. I have yet to receive any money back that I have personally paid for prescriptions that I should have been charged nothing for because of insurance.
