On 4-16-10 I went to the Walgreen's right
across from the Urgent Care in Clarkston, Michigan. The pharmacy assistant said that the price for 8 Lortab 5 was 14.00. They had my insurance info from 2009. I explained I lost the 2010 card and if I had a problem the pharmacy could call Blue Cross Advantage. After a 15 minute conversation between the RX assistants. They still told me the cost would be $1400. I said forget it and give me back my RX.
I went to Kmart pharmact, where I ususally go and they charged me their price of $2.52 less that my co-pay of $5.00.
Your are obviously gouging the public and I hope medical insurance reform will reign in the pharmacies and manufacturer's.
