The last 6-8 months, my prescriptions were always shorted and they would try to tell me that was the amount I always received. Since I work in the medical field, I am very aware of the quantity and the dosage and knew this absolutely was not true. BUT they always wanted to charge me full price!!! I really think Walgreens should be investigated as this must be a policy that is being enforced to all employees. I finally got tired of fighting the pharmacy for my monthly prescriptions and went to CVS. What a difference. It is not such a chore now to pick up a prescription. If anyone knows what the next step is to correct Walgreens, I would like to know. I am interested in pursuing this farther.
