I want people to be aware and be very careful when signing up for the AcaiPure trial offer for $4.95. They don't disclose well the fact that you are signing up for future auto ships if you don't cancel your "membership" within 30 days. The "catch" that they don't make very clear is that not only do you have to call and CANCEL you also have to RETURN to them any unused product. If you cancel BUT don't return the pills to them they will charge you $39.95 for that "trial" shipment. When I called to discuss the $39.95 charge on my credit card the rep told me the "trial" portion is for 14 days and the remaining pills in the bottles (60 total) is what I was being charged for because I didn't return them to the company within the first 30 days - although I did cancel the membership they tricked me into within 30 days. Don't bother with this company. It is more hassle than it's worth and when I politely asked for a refund because the terms of the agreement were not made clear they said NO. I told them they could give me a refund or I would dispute with my credit card company for a refund. The rep said go right ahead and wouldn't discuss any resolution with me. This company uses fine print and loosely worded policies to hide behind unauthorized charges to your account that you must register to get the "free" trial. Shame on them. Stay away and don't give them your business or your credit card number!
